1 Tsp. Dried thyme leaves
1 Tsp. Crushed rosemary
1 Tsp. Adobo All Purpose Seasoning
1 Tsp. Hain Iodized Sea Salt
1 Tsp. Garlic powder
1 Tsp. Paprika
1 Tsp. Coarsely ground black pepper
2. Tbs. Olive oil
Prepare a roast or other meat by brushing the meat on all sides with olive oil. Mix dry ingredients together. Sprinkle, dab, and dot the dry rub on all sides of your meat until meat is completely covered with the rub. Bake or roast the meat according to your recipe.
Use my dry rub on your favorite meats or poultry.
